TERMS & CONDITIONS

RIBS & RODS will take place Saturday, May 30th from 11:00 am - 9:00pm. All vendors will be expected to remain open the hours designated. If for some reason you cannot do this, please speak to a committee member to make arrangements. Cars are only permitted in the vendor area for unloading and loading from 7:00am – 10:00am in the morning and after 5:30pm in the evening. All vendors must be in place at set up by 10:00am.

ALL VENDORS MUST POST PRICES ON THE OUTSIDE OF TENT IN A HIGHLY VISIBLE AREA FOR ALL TO SEE

 

All vendor areas are OUTDOORS on dirt, grass, or concrete. Vendors must secure tent post/legs with weights. Please bring garbage bags & trash cans to keep your area clean during the event!

- Exhibits should be appealing to the eye with tables covered and boxes should be hidden under the tables.

- Absolutely NO ALCOHOL (Sales or consumption) 

- FUNERAL TENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

- Absolutely NO RAFFLES

- No power will be provided. Food Vendors may bring their own generator so long as it is quiet.

THIS IS AN APPLICATION ONLY AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR ACCEPTANCE INTO THE FESTIVAL

All items are to be listed on the application that will be sold at the RIBS & RODS event. Your booth will be checked for these items. Applications will be reviewed in the order received, with priority to returning vendors. If accepted you will receive a notification of acceptance and contract to sign. Vendors are limited based on category to ensure a great day for everyone.

Neither the Town of Clio nor the Ribs & Rods committee assumes any responsibility for the loss or damage of exhibits, nor any other liability to personal injury, property damage, or tax matters pertaining hereto. The Town of Clio and/or the Ribs & Rods committee reserves the right to refuse any vendor deemed inappropriate. The Town of Clio and/or the Ribs & Rods committee also reserves the right to revise, amend, alter any terms and conditions provided, but shall not be responsible for or liable in respect of any such revisions, amendments, or alterations. The Ribs & Rod Event will be held rain or shine.
